Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations:

   • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this, cancellations may not be possible as printing may have begun.

2. Custom Orders:

   • Once printing has started on custom designs, cancellations are not allowed.

3. Refunds:

   • If an order is canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
   • No refunds for completed or shipped orders.

4. Company Cancellations:

   • We may cancel an order due to unforeseen issues (e.g., unavailable materials). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
