Return Exchange Policy
At freethon, we understand
the importance of ensuring that our customers receive their orders in perfect
condition. We take great care to ensure that all products are made to your
exact specifications. However, in the rare event that you receive a wrong product,
damaged product, or a product that does not meet your printing specifications,
we offer an exchange policy.
EXCHANGE
PROCESS
To initiate an exchange,
please contact our customer service team via email at info@freethon.com within 24 hours of
delivery. You will need to provide your order number, the reason for the
exchange, and a photo and video of the wrong, damaged, or incorrectly printed
product, along with a photo of the outer packing.
Once we receive your exchange
request, we will provide you with an exchange address and instructions on how
to send the product(s) back to us. Please note that the product(s) must be
unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you
received them.
Once we receive the
returned product(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your
exchange. If the product(s) meet our exchange policy criteria, we will send you
the replacement product(s) at no additional cost.

CHARGES
Please note that all
shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless
the product(s) are defective, damaged or printing specification not as per
instruction.

Order Cancel
There is no policy of
order cancelation. Only you can ask for refund or replace after order received.
